2. In-depth questions (methodology, hypothetical situations): "One of the in-depth questions I encountered was related to problem-solving. For instance, I was asked how I would handle a sudden system outage affecting a critical business process. My response was centered on triage and prioritization. I explained that I would first assess the scope of the outage, identify key stakeholders, and communicate with the affected parties to provide timely updates. I would then escalate the issue if necessary, while also investigating root causes to prevent future occurrences. I emphasized the importance of documentation and the role it plays in post-incident review and continuous improvement."

Discussion about previous experience and approach: "When discussing my experience, I highlighted my previous role as a Social Worker with Pain Support Organization Uganda, where I had to juggle multiple operational tasks, often under high-pressure situations. This role required strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and data management. I also drew from my experience as a tour operator and travel consultant, where managing logistics, customer needs, and time-sensitive operations was critical. My approach is to remain solution-focused, communicate proactively, and ensure that I learn from every challenge to continuously improve processes."
