i also join hiimpact on july 2018 but when i came for interview hr told i hv no issue for 16k but salary would be delay like next month 15to 20but i join floor nd ask every one salary tyming hv differnt answer one lady tell me clearly we r working since last yr salary coming always delay but now the tym is march salary coming on july no answer from hr when can i get salary nd mentioned hr rachana also shouting for this question do work salary coimg when payment clear what the meaning of this i know every thing fine how a person manage the salary nd family ..nd when i ask hr againg rachana what salary patern she tlod me we hold one month salary like ur first month salary relized on second month ends .2month work but u get 1month salary .i knew every person work for salary be on tym bcoz we hv also plan accordingly but private sector its make busn now a days. ....do ur best but we r not giving salary bcoz u r working here as charity.
