Few days back, I got a call from Bhavna , working in Hi Impact Consultant & described about opening for Hr Recruiter in Healthcare domain. I said , How much package could you offer & answered was that we are offering between 16 k to 40 k. Next day I reached over there around 1:00 pm. Three guys were also waiting for their turn. After 10 minutes my turn came, I entered in the room & found a lady HR . She asked me some basic HR question, after she said , Whats your salary expectation & mine replied was 16 k. She said , sorry we could not provide more than 12k. I said ok ...... after she told me we have a policy.. we will hold one month salary means you will get you first salary in beginning of third month. So Guys I request you fresher as well experienced candidate if you get a call for intereview.... Plzzzzzz Don't go there otherwise you will just waist your time & money.

They will be take 3-4 rounds of interview. That is aptitude round,hr round and then one more round with the manager and if you are selected then 7 days of overaction period and 3 month of probabition period and then you become a full time employee
