Phone interview first, in-person panel interview final. Interviews were straight-forward and people seemed nice. Biggest complaint is that after a final interview and final follow ups, I never got a response back. Incredibly unprofessional especially given it's a small organization that had only a few candidates at this stage of the process. It's common courtesy to respond back to final interview candidates.
