Was selected based on spot, informal.. was asked about interests, books I like, hobbies, why this internship, then finally package and stuff like that. I was placed on the spot and started working the same day.

3 step interview process First is with an HR then any developer from the company will ask you about your competencies and past roles. After that interview with the CEO. Mostly it was about how competent you are with the technology they are working on and how can you take the work forward. Questions revolved around my past work and the projects I have worked on.
