Behavioral-based initial interview. They are very selective when it comes to a candidate having soft skills and getting engineers from a diversity of backgrounds, which is great. The behavioral interview will have nearly zero technical content, but will be followed with a technical interview.

pretty straightforward, interviewed with a hiring manager and then some team member. It was mostly behavorial questions that focused on my resume and not many technical. Seems like a solid startup with some good backing.
