Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela 10a Labs em dez. de 2025
Entrevista
One of the worst experiences I ever had. They are very disorganized and it seems management is unable or unwilling to properly vet people. There were many confusing signs, and they are not to be trusted when it comes to their commitments. As others have said, I would STRONGLY AVOID!

Stay away. Among the worst application processes I've been through. Very disorganized, lacking transparency, and they penalize you for asking questions that any prospective employee would want to know, such as info about salary and benefits. After initially interviewing with the staff at 10a Labs, they sent a rejection. A couple months later, they sent an email asking if I was interested in an "alternative position." Upon interviewing with them again, it turned out to be the same position as before. I asked what had changed between when they had sent the initial rejection and then changed their mind, and they didn't provide a clear answer. This company recruits contractors for OpenAI so the next four rounds of interviews were with them. After completing those interviews, which went well, 10a Labs said they wanted to interview me yet again. They asked for availability on dates that didn't match the days of the week so I asked them to clarify which days they meant. They eventually did so and I told them my availability. A few days later, instead of scheduling the interview, they said they were advancing me to the final stage of the process, which was a day-long work assignment, presumably unpaid. They had not disclosed in advance that this work assignment was part of the application process. I told them I had questions regarding the compensation and benefits for the role before committing to a day of unpaid work. It took them several days to respond. Instead of answering my questions, which they described as "thoughtful," they said I was not a fit for the position. I found it ironic that they would penalize an applicant for an investigator position simply for asking "thoughtful" questions about information they should have provided up front. Super shady.
