It’s frustrating when an interview process doesn’t meet your expectations. I was consistently contacted for an interview, but unfortunately, I was rejected without a clear reason. Even after reaching out for feedback, I received no response. To add to the confusion, I was informed during the call that the interview was for a Group Account Manager position, not an Account Manager position, as I initially believed.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and IDEA FISHERS - PLEASE DON'T JOIN
I get a call from the H.R. regarding a job opportunity as an Account Manager,
We discuss about my salary expectation and shares an assignment to prepare a digital strategy for a brand that the agency was pitching for.
I worked on this assignment really hard for 3 days and then they tell me thought my presentation was best among other candidates but they cannot afford me as an account manager as other candidates had less salary expectations than me.
