Seamless experience, all interviewers were sunshine. 4 interviews total.
First touch point with HR - very warm and pleasant conversation. Conversed about my qualifications and interest in the role. Touched on compensation on the first call, gave me confidence that employee satisfaction is important to them and right away confirmed that the salary requirement was acceptable. Concise with next steps: speak with team leaders who would assess individually.
Second and third interviews with team leads were more about understanding me as a human. It did not feel like an exam. Conversational and gave undivided attention. Cemented my interest in the company at this point.
Fourth interview was with the head of the department. Very candid and positive interview. Although the company is in hypergrowth, gave impression that they truly see each employee for the individual strengths and unique contributions.
Received an offer afterwards. HR rep quick follow up (within a day) of the final interview.
A recruiter reached out to me to book an interview at the last minute. I accepted. Called me from a Spam number and the call dropped twice as I could not hear her. Very unprofessional

Entrevista
I interviewed with a recruiter first, then two interviews after with different managers. Questions were relatively easy and straight forward. Was asked similar questions at all stages of interviews. There was no mock interview or case study.

Process was very long. They kept me waiting nearly 2 weeks after second interview with the 2 enterprise hiring managers. The recruiters were prompt and friendly but the hiring managers really took their time before getting back to me (2 weeks) on a Friday. They also asked very shallow and basic questions that indicated they were not trying to get to know me well. When I asked the hiring manager what quota attainment was, he completely dodged the question which tells me everything - nobody is achieving quota there. Overall, process was subpar due to the long wait and I would not recommend working in sales here based on the hiring managers I met with.
