Entrevista
The hiring process starts with a online test for basic skills and personality assessment. Then you get a call from the manager who sets up a time for you to have a phone interview with the recruiter. The next step is you get a call from the manager who calls you in for a interview . You interview with him, then he leaves and about 5 minutes later you interview with the recruiter again . They both tell you that they might ask you the same questions they asked you on the phone.
