Very quick with communication and I was very impressed by their HR staff. They were very quick with follow up and I had no problem getting in contact with them again.

What kind of personality is most challenging for you to work with in a team environment?
Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 dias. Fui entrevistado pela 212 Marketing Solutions (Watertown, MA) em fev. de 2013
Entrevista
I responded to a job posting online with the tag line "Entry Level Finance Position", and I received a call the following day. They asked me to come in for an interview and were very vague on the details. I went in a few days later and learned that the position description was misleading to say the least. They wanted me to sell Verizon's new internet service door to door. The office seemed very friendly, and like an okay place to work if door to door sales is your thing, but they basically lied about the position I was interviewing for.

Describe a time you had a confrontational costumer, and how did you resolve the issue?
Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 dias. Fui entrevistado pela 212 Marketing Solutions (Providence, RI) em out. de 2011
Entrevista
I applied online and heard back right away. I traveled to Providence for the interview and it was very vague. During the 1 :1 interview, it was the usual questions and defining my resume. When my interviewer asked me if I had any further questions, I asked if he could tell me a little more about the company and what happens on an average day as an entry level manager. He responded that I would learn more during the second day of interviewing when I'll be shadowing one of their top managers. When I accepted to continue the interviewing process he told me to wear business attire and comfortable shoes. (Red Flag)
The following week I traveled back to Providence for the second interview. When I got there, a manager addressed everyone that would be shadowing and then introduced us personally to the manager we'd be spending the day with. After talking with my manager she said, "Alright lets get going." I then spent the day going door to door trying to sign people up or switch to Verizon Fios. Nothing against the job at all, but when you're advertising it as a marketing manager position and you make me waste my day for door to door sales and sneaking around about the company and job description, I don't appreciate it! Since I didn't know where I was and didn't have my car with me, I made the best of my day. After eight hours of it, we finally went back to the office, right before she told me they would be giving me a test about my day.
When I was in the waiting room with all the other interviewers, there wasn't a smile on anyones face! Besides shivering from the cold weather, some women didn't take the shoe warning and wore heels so they were walking in limping and rubbing there feet. We all discussed how we felt duped and couldn't believe it.
