Phone and video interviews. Top 3 candidates, including myself, completed an unpaid assignment that took 20+ hours, and presented to a panel. Followed by multiple in-person interviews. Three weeks of silence from the company, then told that they had changed the position and already filled it.

The phone call was a breeze but the second interview was on zoom, and she seemed unprepared and bored, but at the same time kind? It was okay and the normal basic questions were asked.
