Very easy. Ask questions about basic training and sales techinques. Fitness manager was nice and energetic and very helpful. Seemed like she really wanted me to join and knew she can train me to be better even though I had very little sales experience. I only knew how to train myself and friends prior to this job.

I still haven't got the interview, but they told me that I have to be prepared with a exercise program, and before they asked me if I knew anything about sales.
