worst experience of my life. ridiculous process of multiple phone screens, 5 Zoom interviews, and a 3 hour job shadow over the course of 6 weeks only to not communicate anything in a professional or timely manner. I was told more than once when I would get a response and neither followed up. I have a very successful track record in the industry, work at a place 20x nicer and was blown away by the dysfunction and lack of talent at the company. They seem to want to hire inexperienced people that look to be recruited from BestBuy and target. Upper management seems threatened by talent.
