it was a one on one hiring process with the fitness manager at the time she was nice just asked me a bunch of questions about my past jobs and why i wanted to work for 24 hour fitness. asked if i was into fitness at all and what skills ii would bring to the 24 hour fitness team.
I still haven't got the interview, but they told me that I have to be prepared with a exercise program, and before they asked me if I knew anything about sales.

Hiring manager contacted me and set up an interview for 30 minutes and got hire and start the following week. But I end doing more sales then the actual training. There is sales qouta that you have to mee monthly. You make more on commission then training at least for me.
Simple, just ask where to go and front desk attendant brought me to their office. Average interview questions and discussion about sales. Seemed to dismiss some of the points I was making to discuss further matters
