Received an email request to interview; requesting time availability. Panel Interview was conducted over Zoom. Interviewers included CEO and VP. They were friendly, engaging, and conversational. The interview was very back-and-forth - they ask a question, I ask a question. Overall, it was one of the best interview experiences I've had, even though I wasn't offered the position.

The questions were primarily about 75% on values and culture fit and 25% on job requirements.
The interview process consisted of a phone screen with a recruiter, followed by a possible peer interview. Overall ghosted after the 2nd interview. Small company, very little in revenue after 20 years. Probably a good sign not to move forward. Overall pleasant, besides unprofessional HR practices.
