Applied for the Brand Marketing Manager but the recruiter (HR personnel) thought the Inbound Marketing Coordinator would be a better fit. Had 2 phone interviews and given with a interview assignment to complete in 6 days. The project was basically doing all their strategy and content development work for one of their MBA program. Completed it before the deadline and submitted in. Got a confirmation from the HR personnel saying it was received and will let me know in the coming week. Waited for over 1 month and had no response, although I followed up multiple times during that 4+ weeks. Hopefully they didn't just took the idea and ran. Advice, do not give them ALL the ideas that you have for the interview project.
