Standard interview with a phone screen, hiring manager, then a panel of 1:1 team members. The whole process was virtual. Everyone was incredibly nice and easy to talk to. The talent acquisition team and manager were very transparent and communicative through email. No offer due to a hiring freeze, but everyone seemed overall very happy to talk about their experience at 2Seventy Bio.
