I sent a resume and received a text with more information about the position and asking if I was still interested. After scheduling an interview by phone with a District Manager I prepared and set aside time to talk. The call never arrived. 2 hours later I texted the person I was in contact with letting them know I never received a call. This person said they work in a different state and maybe something came up. 5 minutes later I received this message " As you know I'm sure, schedules sometimes don't work out as planned, and we apologize for the inconvenience of the missed phone call. I passed your text directly to the DSM." What an incredibly unprofessional company! I will be certain to share my experience, especially anyone contemplating giving them business.

I had three interviews for this position, and each step was very informative and professional. The first two were done virtually, through video and phone, and the third was in person. The team clearly explained the role, expectations, and next steps, which made the process feel very transparent and organized. Overall, it was a positive and helpful experience.
