I was a little nervous going into my interview, but the manager did a great job at making me feel comfortable. The interview lasted about 15 minutes, and she asked me questions that made it easy for them to interpret my problem solving skills relating to customer service.

There were a few emails exchanged before I went in for MAYBE a 5 minute interview. I gave elaborate answers, and the woman interviewing seemed to have made up her mind about mid way through the interview. I'm not really sure why they even hold an in-person interviewing process, maybe to see if the candidate is "aesthetically" what they're looking for? I was kind of in shock at how dismissive she was. Not an environment I would want to work in.
