Tremendous waste of time. Several interviews with CEO where he requested I provide an in-depth annual business plan, then later requested I provide my own pay package plan with detailed info.
Probably invested 4 hours just interviewing and phone calls, with 4x that in providing plans the CEO requested, all to get zero reply.
