They requested a demo video of a produced video showcasing a feature of their software. This was to show your ability to create a compelling piece of video content and show your style and approach. After submitting the video there was a gap ion time when they reviewed all applicant's videos and eventually let people know if they were or were not moving forward in the process. The job description was very clear and the process was cordial and straightforward.

Lengthy. I had to submit an original, innovative, eye-catching write-up selling myself. It took me about a week. The rejection was swift and brutal. 37signals - here's some advice: why don't you switch the first and second parts of your interview process? In the first, focus on the job-specific questions. In the second, ask shortlisted candidates to market themselves.

Multi-stage application and interview process that required answering pre-screening questions. The application process took significant time, but the interview was fairly relaxed and straightforward. The interview was about an hour long and focused more on the technical aspects of the position.
