I applied for the Digital Marketer role at 3D Power and got a call from HR within a few days. The process had three rounds.. HR Round: 1. General questions about my background, experience, and salary expectations. 2. Asked about my familiarity with real estate and architectural visualization marketing. Practical Test: 1. Given a case study to create a digital marketing strategy for a Real Estate service. 2. Had to outline social media plans, SEO strategies, and PPC campaigns. 3. Also asked to analyze an existing campaign and suggest improvements. Final Technical Round with Marketing Head: 1. Discussed paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and how to optimize ROI. 2. Questions about SEO, content strategy, and lead generation for niche audiences. 3. Asked about handling marketing analytics and tracking KPIs.

Ok so interview wasn't very great. First, they kept me hanging for about 60-75mins. The when finally when they called me in, there wasn't any cellular network in the room. And they refused me to give wifi. Like who in world can show your portfolio if you can't even connect to a fking internet. Anyways, I had some of my projects from last month in my laptop. Which I showed them and they were like, yeah these are videos of someone else show us your work. Like dude you either asking me to film a fking a movie, or u asking to see my motion design, which obviously does not come under video "editing" term. After that, these were the terms from the guy: 1) we cannot pay u more than 15k. 2) you have to only work for us. No other clients. 3) you'll have to work 50+ hours a week. 4) 2years of contract. Basically guy was asking me to work in half of the cost of living with no freelancing outside of work, while working for 50+ hrs a week. While committing a 2 yrs of contract. Do not recommend.
