Entrevista
The interview process was quick and upbeat. It began with a phone screening where I shared my availability and background. After that, I had an in-person interview at their office. The environment was energetic and focused on growth. They emphasized the importance of student mentality, a strong work ethic, and being coachable. The conversation centered around my goals and how I could grow with the company. They were also transparent about the role, expectations, and advancement opportunities. It felt more motivational than high-pressure, and I appreciated their enthusiasm.

Entrevista
Interviewed as a group. The position turned out to be door to door selling AT&T internet. There is no insurance offered even though it was on the indeed listing. The hours were 11-7 with “highly recommended” team bonding by going out after work.
