I applied for Noida location for the position of Java developer. First they had a telephonic round related to basic OOPS concepts, core java and the work I am doing in my current project. After that two technical rounds on subsequent days. The third round was more of a Managerial round. After that I had discussion with HR, and he told me that I am through all the rounds and he would be sending me the salary details over email. But neither did that email come or his call. He stopped responding to calls. This is really unprofessional from the organization, they should at least tell the feedbacks or outcomes and do not keep the candidates hanging. I am not gonna apply for such organization again.

I had a telephonic interview, the interviewer was so immature. He was asking so basic questions that for the whole time I felt like I am giving a python tutorial to a beginner. Every time i explained him something he kept on saying ok, and if I say should do I need to explain more then he was like it is up to you. I mean who interviews like this? I guess the interviewer was a junior developer but i didn't get called for the F2F interview, i don't know on what basis they made their decision. When i asked HR about the progress/status, i didn't get a single reply from them. At least they should have the courtesy of saying NO to a candidate. All in all, it was a very bad experience, i still don't know their judging criteria.
