Relaxed and friendly recruitment team. Interview was split into two separate conversations with the prospective colleague at the same level followed by the hiring manager, which seemed efficient. Both were curious about me and asked pertinent questions. Interview went well. However I was not offered the role and was not informed of my progress in the interview process within the timeframe they gave - and until they had already filled the position, which I found disrespectful of my time and effort. When I asked for feedback, I got no response to my email. Glad not to be working there after all.
