Uncomfortable if your a person of color. It is clear they probably were not expecting you to be POC. (The entire company lacks diversity and inclusion.) It is VERY clear in your interview process. I applied for a marketing position, and interviewer wanted to laugh at first. He came off initially as smug and even put his head down in disbelief before catching himself. He was clearly not expecting me to be a minority woman. I already knew I would not be selected for this position despite years of skill set and education.
