I had an initial phone screening with someone from Human Resources. The next week, I spoke with the hiring manager who I would be reporting to. This interview was conducted via Teams.

All of the interview questions were really standard in my opinion. They were not trying to trip me up or ask a bunch of philosophical questions which generally do not make the interviewee feel good. I felt like it was more of a conversation (one that seemed mutually beneficial) and less of an interview. Great back and forth.

Entrevista
The interview process began with a Human Resources screening call. This was followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager a week or two later at the company's offices in Westwood.

The interview process was pretty basic and typical. They brought in the manager who was unprofessional. The HR woman was very relaxed. I was able to meet who my direct manager would be but I did not meet who she reported to. If I did I would have never taken the job.
