The interview process was in three steps; first two were done over the phone and I came to the office for the final. The final interview was very demanding, I had to be sharp and on point with the CEO of the firm and a managing partner. At first they recommended me working in a different field, if I wanted to just come collect two weeks pay without a deep purpose

The interview process is a 4 step process that I feel is completely necessary and fair for a job like this. It was lengthy enough that it enables both the employer and candidate plenty of time to ask questions, have a good idea about what is expected, and how compensation will be structured.

First a phone interview, and then 2 in person interviews. Very friendly over the phone that first got my interest. Then after seeing the office, the people there, talking more with my interviewers, I could see myself working there.

Interview process was incredibly organized and. very personable. I always felt cared for and never once doubted whether I would make an impact for the company as a new hire. Only thing I would change is expectations set during the interview process.
