Entrevista
It's more of a sales pitch than an interview. You arrive, they call you in, you sit in an office and listen to a sales person tell you why you should be a part of their company. They ask very few questions, and then tell you if you pass this interview you'll get a call to work a live event the next day. (Basically 1 hour of standing in a Costco with another person attempting to convince you to join their company). You don't get paid. This is a text book marketing scam. Be warned.

I submitted a resume online and heard back the next day. Seemed desperate to get someone to interview. Very vague in the job description. They said the interview process could take 3 days and I could be hired by next week. Very fast growing company. I went to their office for the first interview. It was a small weird office in a random building. It seemed as though there were only 2 employees working. The guy who interviewed me didn't seem to care about my experience. Just trying to fill the position. I was very skeptical at this point. The next step was an "on-site" interview. Basically standing at a king soopers, haggling people to buy overly priced items. There is no marketing involved.

The interview process took place over the course of a week and consisted of three rounds. The second of these interviews was at a site, which was 3 hours away from me. I was not reimbursed despite that one being a working interview. The first and third one took place at their office in Denver.
