The interview process itself was fairly straight forward, but made a bit confusing by constant changes that were occurring at 6Sense. The process started with an initial recruiter screen followed by a manager meeting. I met with the same manager a second time and then 6Sense went dark for a few weeks. When I heard back, they shared that there had been a restructure and I was introduced to a new Head of Sales. I had an additional call with him and was moved to the final round which was a presentation. The presentation was a 45minute call (30minutes presenting, 10-15 for feedback/questions) and included the Head of Sales and brand new hiring manager. Following this final step I never heard back from 6Sense and when I followed up with the recruiter I had been working with her email was no longer active. Conceptually, the interview process was good but the lack of communication and transparency from the hiring team are representative of internal instability and a lack of professionalism.

Great first call with the VP, moving on to key stakeholders next. Very good and comprehensive interview discussion on company, role, expectations and alignment with my background. great flow and open dialogue that felt very comfortable and conversational.

How do you work with a seat at the table with the Executives and Ops and drive and execute a hiring plan? How do you get managers to overcome fear and make quick and dilligent hiring decisions.
