Open interview, very friendly. They do gloss over many things and aren't fully transparent with wages. Wouldn't be a bad first job. They sit you down in a room and have you and other talk about yourselves like you music interests. (They play a lot of (loud) music at the stand) They are not honest about how tips work (cash shared to whole day not shift) and how much average tips you'll get.

The interviewer was really nice. They didn’t ask really any questions about work experience. It seemed like they were looking to vibe check interviewees. Don’t need to feel rehearsed for the interview, doesn’t seem like they really care about your work experience once you get picked for an interview

It was very casual, the interviewer asked easy questions. It felt more like a chat with a friend rather than a scary interview. The interviewer asked a total of 5 questions, only two of which were directly job related.
