They were friendly interviews with standard behavioral questions. There was a phone screening, a formal interview, a less formal interview with an HR representative, and a formal interview with the hiring Market Manager.

Three interviews, first one from a recruiter and two from market managers of different markets. For field consultant position, an employee must work as a manager of a company store for a year to gain experience
2 phone and 1 in person. Phone interviews lasted an hour. In person an hour as well. Process wasn’t difficult compared to other companies. Dress business for the interview. Each in person is regionalized
