Series of interviews. Recruiter, Market Manager, Zone Leader, half day ride along with a current Field Consultant. There was a panel interview with the Zone Leader and head of Human Resources.

Entrevista
Three interviews, first one from a recruiter and two from market managers of different markets. For field consultant position, an employee must work as a manager of a company store for a year to gain experience
2 phone and 1 in person. Phone interviews lasted an hour. In person an hour as well. Process wasn’t difficult compared to other companies. Dress business for the interview. Each in person is regionalized
