Entrevista
Very brief, they just needed someone as soon as possible. I got the general feeling that they didn't care so much about what I could do, nor how I would do it, just that I was able-bodied and willing to work. They asked me for a lot during my interview. They wanted all of my HR documents done on the spot and they also had 2 separate people interview me. It was more small talk for just a few moments followed by the question "When are you available?", then they gave me my paperwork, I filled it in, and they said "You start in 3 days".
Just 1 interview with manager. It was an in person interview. I was asked customer service related questions. stregnth weakness. How you work underpressure etc. How you learn quickly. What is your availability?
Very short very easy nothing too crazy that you don’t know about. Mainly personal experience questions nothing technical like if you know how to use this or that, only the system to do customer transactions and clocking in and out as well as learning how to use slurpee machines etc.
