Entrevista
I had 5 rounds of interviews. After completing the first 3 rounds two of which were phone interviews, I received a phone call from the recruiter informing me that I was not selected for the position. Three weeks later the recruiter calls me again inquiring whether or not I was still interested in the position, I informed her that I was and I went through another 2 rounds of interviews, one was with the HR director and the other with the regional team leader, where I found out the reason why I had not been pushed forward in the process in the past was because they hired internally. After the interview with the regional team leader I waited for 4 weeks to hear back from the recruiter who told me that they were no longer moving forward with the program and was passing me off to another recruiter for the same position just in a different area. After making contact with the new recruiter, I was told that he was arranging me to interview with the marketing manager and would call me in a week, 3 weeks later and three never returned phone calls later I receive an email from him informing me that I was not selected for the position. All in all, the process took around 15 weeks. The funniest thing was that every person along the way told me how bad the communication was within the company.

Three interviews, first one from a recruiter and two from market managers of different markets. For field consultant position, an employee must work as a manager of a company store for a year to gain experience
2 phone and 1 in person. Phone interviews lasted an hour. In person an hour as well. Process wasn’t difficult compared to other companies. Dress business for the interview. Each in person is regionalized

I was called for an Over the phone interview. during this time I was Asked basic SMART guided questions. Afterwards I was Asked for a salary base recommendation- based on what I made prior and what I would want. They Followed up with another interview
