The company's recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and asked about my availability for the week. I promptly replied to her message and then she confirmed the interview date and time. However, she never called me. She didn't reply to my messages. This shows how irresponsible they are. If you value your time, do not apply here.

Screening, Phone Interview & Culture Interview. The process was to first meet with the talent director then I met with the Dir of Product & the CEO. Every touchpoint was positive. The process itself however, was not overly structured and given I had a job already, there was no rush on my end so the process was longer than usual.

Entrevista
The process took almost 5 months from beginning to end. First, I had a chat with the Hiring Manager, Two weeks later, I had a chat with some of the Talent Management Advisors to test for fit. After this second interview I was so excited and interested in the possibility of working with 7geese. However, it was a while before I heard back from them. Two months later, I had a chat with the CEO. Then I got told I would get an offer on Friday, but it wasn't until three weeks after that I got the offer.
I didn't take the job due to it not meeting my salary expectations and also because throughout the process I didn't feel like my time and the effort I put into the process were valued. To me, a recruiting process says a lot about the company so I think there is some room for improvement here.
