came in met with the manager. Manager then had me do a prequalification application on the computer. Basically just made sure I was capable of doing the basic math and had the problem solving skills that would be necessary for the job. After I finished, the manager and I walked around and chatted for a bit. He asked me about my career qualifications, my personal life and just general questions to get to know what kind of guy I was. After that I had to fill out some paperwork (background check, and PSI personal selection inventory) and take a drug test and then offered me the job once I past those.

The interview process was about 20 minutes and all took place at the front desk with a single interviewer who would be the supervisor. It was less of an interview and more of a preliminary checklist of what's expected of the position.
