Basic interview because they have monitoring my work more then 1 year before I was hired. Interview was in person, they already knew the way I perform job, so the hot spot was my personality and my expectations. During interview the owner introduce me with company rules and regulations.I had opportunity to visit factory and learn more about working conditions.
