Very drawn out and unprofessional. After 5+ rounds of interviews, I received an automated email advising I did not get the role. I asked for feedback on what my shortcomings were and never even got a response.

Entrevista
There was an initial screening call with the HR team, followed by a 1-1 video call with the hiring manager. The process was quite quick, communication was good, but it did feel very one-way and more effort could've been made to consider fit on both sides. Didn't really sell the role or company to me.

Informal and the hiring manager seems overly confident and highly unprofessional. Not only was he late for 15 mins but he also cannot answer some of the questions that were asked about the company directions, growth opportunities.
