Entrevista
The process consisted of three rounds of interviews and an assignment. The first interview was a 30 minute screening with the "HR" manager, followed by a more in-depth interview with the hiring manager, and finally an interview loop with several members of people in the organization. Each of these steps took place on different days.

What are your long term goals (paraphrasing)? Tell me about a time you had to execute a popular decision you disagreed with. Describe a time you were unable to meet a deadline: what happened and what did you do? (After mentioning a gap I've identified in the way things are run in my old department): did you speak to someone about changing the status quo?
Multiple interviews with behavioral examples and values based questions tying to the company values. Well executed and the interviewers were very engaged in the process. The entire process took about 2 weeks.

Entrevista
I had an informal coffee interview with the person who would later be my boss's boss. I then went through a five hour round robin interview process. It was a long day but helped me get to know many people within the company and find out if the company was right for me as well.
