We completely understand the importance of the interview process and each candidate should receive the full attention and respect of the interviewer and vice versa. We will be investigating these matters further to get to the bottom of the situation. We pride ourselves on being extremely transparent and are very upfront about the position requirements during the interviewing process. We try to ensure that all candidates are aware that they will be required to learn our direct marketing strategies during their brand ambassador training and that all of our employees start at entry-level positions before working their way up.
