I met with an experienced BCBA in the company. He was very kind and professional. He tested me of my prior knowledge of ABA and made sure I understood the company’s values.
The interviewer was interested mostly if I had experience working with children and what degree I was going for. They were very nice and look at my resume which has experience from volunteering which is also accepted.
