A bit lengthy hiring due to background check , medical check and other details, but overall it was smooth and good, the interview process was smooth and easy whether with this staffing agency or with their client , the direct employer. the interview process was more of a conversation more than a question/ answer type which I liked a lot. There was a skill test for basics with the staffing agency which was easy, and a character test through the daily dealing with the recruiter, the recruiter was able to tell what work ethics I have through my responses, the speed of accomplishing what is asked for, following ups and feedbacks, ect...
