Entrevista
The interview process took around more than 2 weeks. Divided into 4 main stages, the process is extremely efficient. At each single stage, thorough feedback was provided.
The four stages consist of:
- Phone interview with a talent person (general questions about yourself and some preliminary technical questions around javascript, vue)
- Culture & Technical interview with team members, this is mainly a culture fit assessment as well as previous background and experience check to make sure team's goals and candidate skills are aligned.

Entrevista
Interview stages including an initial chat with an inhouse recruiter, a culture fit interview where you meet a couple of the tech team and get asked about yourself, a tech test, and finally a technical interview which included a live coding exercise.
Overall an enjoyable interview process that moved at a decent pace, my interviewers were engaged and friendly. The tech test was fitting for the job and didn't feel like a university exercise like a lot of tech tests do these days, but closer to something you would actually do in the role.
The technical interview required some live pairing which is always nerve racking but it was well conducted and the interviewers don't pile on the pressure.
Friendly and transparent process - very clear with what they want for their company culture & they respect your time in the process. They promote a good working culture and seemed to offer great opportunities to grow & contribute.
