Their was a phone interview and skype interview. During the skype interview we went through my experience and sales background. It was not a long interview and I found I got the job a few days later.
Two interviews. Both over Zoom. First one is with HR. Second one is with a Manager. Standard, nothing difficult. They asked about work from home experience. I come from senior living so it appears I am a good fit.

It took about 4 interviews to get the job offer.
These were conducted with various managers and they would push you up to the next. These are all conducted on Zoom meetings.

Computer skills test, phone interview with recruiter and then phone interview with hiring manager. Hiring manager asked many questions and explained the job. They have trainings every couple weeks due to high turnover.
