Met with Craig Smith, VP of sales. I passed the first stage and was invited back to give a presentation to the management team. I chose to do a presentation on myself. I was a set at ease by the sense of humor of the partners.

Entrevista
I had an interview with the manager of the department as well as another member of the department that was in charge of training at the time. They asked a variety of questions revolving around how do you respond to management and coworkers within certain situations. They also asked a few questions involving qualifications and past experience. The only hesitation I had was how long they took to get back to me after the interview. I was very interested in the position but had several other offers before they got back to me a couple of weeks later.

Entrevista
The interview was very thorough. I knew that this company knew exactly what type of person they were looking for, and that I appreciated. They allowed me plenty of opportunity to ask questions, and express any concerns.
While the interview was thorough, I felt very comfortable with both my interviewers. I could tell even before I left that this was a company that I wanted to work for.

During my interview they asked me many questions, all of which were relevant. There weren't really many of those "if you're only possession is a cinder block, what would you do with it" type things. The questions they did ask were very clear cut, and they prompted very specific answers.
