Quick and easy. Didn't go over any interview questions, and just asked about my experience with children. The hiring manager was very nice and friendly. The interview was at their house/work office. I was told further steps such as background checks right away. She hired me on the spot and I was there for 30 minutes maybe. I also gave them my availability and which locations that I would prefer.
