The interview process was easy and stress-free. I enjoyed the interview. The interview was conducted over the phone. We then had scheduled a further person to person interview which I could not make but they accommodated me by allowing me to finish the interview by internet or phone. They then asked for my reference and they advised me to contact my references to let them know they will be conducting a reference check. After they contacted my references I did get the job.
