The interviews were anything but intimate. Five minutes to answer very vague, out of place questions all while sharing the room with another interviewee, just to come back for the second interview within the week and now there are 3 other prospective employees? The main issue was how closed off the assistant manager was when asked about their GlassDoor reviews, particularly that their interview process is a scam. I was called to interview for a “marketing assistant” position; they tried to sell me on a door-to-door sales position starting at 60+ hours a week for $400 weekly. I’ll pass.

First of all, this company changed their name recently to “The Dryden Group” and deleted the A&A marketing website, and changed their Instagram page. After tons of research I found they were the same company with the same CEO and the same location and found all these horrible reviews on Glassdoor.
It’s all straight up lies, or it’s just super ambiguous info. I wanted to mention Dryden Group so it would come up in searches, they have no Glassdoor reviews. I wonder why!!! Don’t fall into this trap, this is NOT a marketing position and it is barely a marketing company at all, more so a direct sales company and a very shady one at that!
The interviews were group interviews over Zoom, where the interviewers asked no personal question and couldn’t seem to care less about your background. The interview process is vague, deceptive, and just flat out immoral.
If you look up The Dryden Group Instagram you can see that they were still referring themselves to A&A marketing back in February 2022, it is a very recent change.
BEWARE OF THE DRYDEN GROUP!!!

Entrevista
The interview took place on the 14th floor in a building in Downtown Dallas. The floor was typical for current Millenial setups, including a ping pong table. Rd 1 was very vague and did not elaborate on the specifics of the position.
